1. Who you are working with

Unfold Studio is a trading name of Ampl Consulting Limited, registered in Hong Kong, registration number 80753629. Contact us at thomas@weareampl.com.

These terms cover our business-to-business creative and advertising services. Your written proposal or order form identifies your business, the package, scope, fees, dates and any guarantee. A service agreement begins when both parties accept that order. Visiting this website alone does not purchase a service.

A signed order can vary these terms only where it identifies the variation expressly. Agreed data-processing terms control personal-data handling. An express guarantee takes priority over a general statement about performance. Changes published later do not retrospectively change your agreement.

2. Services and revisions

Your written proposal or order form sets out your service fees and any agreed charges.

Standard service scope
PackageIncluded
Creative (video-only)Six videos per month, collaborative ideas and a monthly planning call. You run the ads. No performance guarantee.
Ads System — monthlyAds, scripts and videos as needed; custom quiz funnels, tracking and qualification; CRM/sales-team lead handover; ongoing campaign management and scaling. Weekly calls in month one, then every two weeks. Rolling monthly, with no performance guarantee.
Ads System — three-month packageThe same Ads System scope over the agreed three-month package. Eligible for the 90-day advertising return guarantee where included in your written order before purchase.
Multi-location add-onAn additional geography or brand split, four additional videos and a second funnel/campaign set.

Each video includes one revision round. Charges for additional revisions are agreed before the extra work starts. Fixing our errors or bringing work into line with the agreed brief does not use a paid revision. Your order specifies formats, delivery dates and any other work.

We perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Your team handles sales calls, appointments, estimates and customer jobs. Appointment setting and closing sales are not included unless separately agreed.

3. Fees, term and advertising spend

Creative and monthly Ads System are rolling monthly services. The separate three-month Ads System package is paid upfront for the agreed three-month term. Your order records the selected option, service start, invoice dates, payment method, taxes, cancellation notice and any renewal arrangement. Monthly fees are payable in advance. Renewal of the three-month package must be expressly agreed; it is not required to make a guarantee claim.

Advertising spend is separate from the service fee. You choose your advertising budget and may spend more than $50 per day. We record the account, authorised budget and billing arrangements before launch, and agree any changes. The $50/day figure below limits advertising reimbursement under the guarantee; it does not limit your advertising budget.

You must keep the authorised funding available. We do not increase or spend beyond your authorised budget without agreement. Our own unauthorised expenditure is dealt with separately and is not excused by the guarantee reimbursement limit.

4. Three-month Ads System guarantee

The 90-day advertising return guarantee applies only to the three-month Ads System package, where included in your written order before purchase. Monthly Ads System and Creative/video-only services have no performance guarantee. Staying on a rolling monthly plan for three months does not convert it into the guaranteed package. No particular lead count is promised.

The promise: gross profit earned from qualifying campaign jobs during the first 90 calendar days of live advertising must exceed your actual approved advertising spend. Unfold service fees are excluded from this performance calculation. If the result does not meet that threshold and you satisfy the eligibility and evidence requirements below, we refund your full covered three-month service fee and reimburse advertising spend up to $50 per day.

Your response requirement: prove that you called at least 80% of eligible leads within five minutes, using timestamped CRM and dialler or telephone-provider records.

Advertising reimbursement limit: the lesser of your actual approved advertising cost for each day and $50, added across the 90-day period. The maximum advertising reimbursement is $4,500. You may spend more, but the excess is not reimbursed under this guarantee. Unused daily allowance does not roll over.

The performance test is measured once across the full 90-day period, not separately each month. The period starts when the agreed campaign first goes live, with the start and end recorded in the campaign time zone. Your order records the service dates and the 90-day measurement dates so a calendar-month billing schedule does not shorten the measurement window. Setup time before launch is excluded. We do not select only the best active days, restart the clock or extend it retrospectively. Any change requires written agreement.

Your order identifies the full covered three-month package fee and whether an add-on is included. An eligible refund covers that full fee actually paid, including any discount; it is not limited to a first-month allocation. The advertising reimbursement limit applies in total across your covered Unfold campaigns; an add-on or location split does not multiply it. A covered add-on fee must be stated before purchase.

5. How the advertising return is measured

Campaign gross profit means revenue earned on qualifying work completed, or objectively completed and contractually billable milestones, during the measurement period, less the matching direct job costs. These include materials, job labour, subcontractors, permits, disposal and other agreed job-specific costs, whether paid or accrued.

Agree the costing method before launch, including owner labour and how outstanding supplier costs are estimated. Deduct discounts, refunds, cancellations and sales tax from revenue. Calculate campaign gross profit before advertising cost, Unfold service fees and general business overhead.

90-day advertising result

Campaign gross profit − full actual approved advertising spend. The result must be greater than zero.

Use the full actual approved advertising cost, including spend above $50/day. The reimbursement cap does not reduce the cost used to measure performance. If campaign gross profit is equal to or below that advertising cost, the guarantee threshold has not been met. Where advertising spend is greater than zero, advertising ROI is this result divided by advertising spend, multiplied by 100.

This measures positive return on advertising spend before Unfold service fees and general overhead. It does not promise that your full service investment has been recovered, that the business has made an overall net profit, or that earned revenue has been collected in cash. It does not guarantee the same return at a larger budget.

Unperformed contracts, projected lifetime value and deposits for future work do not establish earned profit. Earned but unpaid invoices can count. Work earned after day 90 does not count within the 90-day measurement period.

Qualifying jobs must trace to new enquiries generated by the named Unfold campaigns during the period. Use CRM source records linked to job and invoice records. Agree existing-customer and mixed-source treatment before launch. Unrelated organic work, pre-existing opportunities, duplicates and unsupported platform estimates do not count.

6. The 80% five-minute response requirement

Across the full 90-day measurement period, you must demonstrate a genuine first outbound telephone attempt to at least 80% of eligible leads within 300 seconds of the applicable start time. The lead does not have to answer. The call must connect or ring through the normal no-answer result; an intentionally abandoned call does not qualify. Texts, emails and manual CRM notes do not replace call-event evidence.

An eligible lead is a distinct, genuine campaign enquiry within the agreed area and service scope, with a usable telephone number that you may lawfully call. Document spam, duplicates, known invalid numbers, opt-outs and requests for another contact method. A lead is not excluded simply because they do not answer or buy.

During agreed staffed and lawful calling hours, the clock starts when usable contact details are accessible in the operational CRM and the agreed notification is delivered. Client-disabled notifications do not postpone the clock where the CRM is working. Keep original submission, delivery and notification timestamps; reassignment, exports and manual edits do not reset them.

For an enquiry outside those hours, the clock starts at the next agreed lawful staffed calling window, or at the prospect's requested contact time. Agency integration failures and documented outages outside your reasonable control are accounted for; the clock starts on restored availability within the applicable window.

Response rate

Distinct eligible leads with a verified first call within five minutes ÷ all distinct eligible leads whose first-call deadline falls within the period × 100.

The result must be at least 80%, without rounding a lower percentage up. For 20 eligible leads, at least 16 must qualify. For 21, at least 17. Each lead counts once, regardless of how many calls you make. If there are no eligible leads, this condition cannot by itself defeat a performance claim.

A result below 80%, after valid exceptions and evidence corrections, does not meet this guarantee condition. We provide the calculation and allow you to dispute errors or supply missing records. A late call is counted in that calculation, not treated as an extra automatic forfeiture when you still meet 80%.

7. Follow-up and cooperation

  • For unanswered eligible leads, make six genuine attempts in total over seven calendar days, spread across at least four days at appropriate lawful times. Stop or adapt the sequence when the person responds, books, declines or opts out.
  • Maintain the appointment capacity agreed before launch. Provide written estimates within two business days after the inspection and receipt of the information reasonably needed to quote, unless the prospect requests otherwise.
  • Record contact outcomes, appointments, estimates, wins/losses, earned revenue and direct costs in the agreed system within two business days of learning them.
  • Provide necessary assets and access, respond to approval requests within two business days, maintain agreed funding and avoid unagreed material changes to the campaign, offer or service area.

The 20% response tolerance does not remove the duty to work the remaining eligible leads. For guarantee eligibility, only actions due within the 90-day measurement period are assessed. Leads arriving near its end do not require you to purchase or renew another month to claim.

No requirement overrides lawful calling hours, consent, do-not-call restrictions, opt-outs or recording rules. We do not require unlawful outreach. Other participation failures affect eligibility only where documented material non-compliance reasonably contributed to the shortfall, or refusal or falsification of material evidence prevents fair verification. Our own failures do not disqualify you.

8. Evidence, claims and refunds

Keep verifiable CRM exports, dialler/carrier metadata, appointment and estimate records, relevant job costs, invoices and advertising statements. Read-only access or verifiable exports are acceptable. Redact unrelated information. Call audio is not a standard requirement. We supply the campaign records we control.

Email thomas@weareampl.com within 30 calendar days after the measurement period ends, identifying your order, calculation and supporting evidence. A timely initial claim remains open while you supply reasonably requested missing evidence. We give at least ten business days to address an identified gap and do not require you to recreate information we already hold.

We acknowledge claims within five business days and issue a reasoned decision within 15 business days of receiving sufficient evidence. If an extension is genuinely needed, we explain why and give a revised date. You may request reconsideration with contrary evidence. Approved refunds are paid within ten business days of the decision.

An eligible claim receives the full covered three-month service fee actually paid plus advertising reimbursement calculated at the lesser of actual approved cost and $50 for each day of the 90-day measurement period. The daily advertising limit is aggregate across the covered campaigns, and total advertising reimbursement cannot exceed $4,500. This is a refund, not merely a future service credit.

Use the campaign time zone agreed before launch to allocate daily advertising cost. Deduct genuine platform credits or refunds to avoid duplicate recovery. Spend above the daily reimbursement limit, unspent budget, unrelated campaigns and job costs are not reimbursed under this guarantee. Outstanding platform charges can be addressed through an equivalent documented settlement.

You do not have to renew, purchase a fourth month or authorise further work to submit a claim or receive an approved refund. Any later work must be separately agreed. The guarantee refund covers the agreed three-month package; later services and fees are separate.

9. Funnel hosting, intellectual property and confidentiality

You provide accurate business information, permission to use supplied assets and evidence for advertising claims. We remain responsible for our own work and advertising obligations. You are responsible for licensing and performing your trade services and honouring your customer contracts.

We host and operate the funnel included in your service on infrastructure managed by Unfold, which may use third-party hosting and software providers. Funnel hosting and access are provided for the agreed service term. Continued hosting after that term requires a separate written agreement.

As between you and us, Ampl Consulting Limited retains ownership of the intellectual property in the funnel and technical setup we create or supply. This includes our source code, funnel page designs and templates, quiz logic, automation workflows, integrations, configurations, tools and proprietary supporting infrastructure, including client-specific adaptations. Service or setup payments do not transfer ownership of these elements. Third-party platforms, software and assets remain subject to their owners' rights and licences; we disclose material restrictions before use.

For the agreed service term, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the hosted funnel and setup for your own business within the agreed service, subject to the payment and suspension provisions of your agreement. You do not receive source code, ownership of our hosting accounts or a right to copy, resell, self-host or transfer our funnel and setup to another provider unless we expressly agree in writing. Ordinary use by your authorised team and prospects is permitted.

Your existing branding, supplied content, client-owned domains and advertising accounts remain yours. Your customer and lead data remain under your control, subject to applicable privacy law and the agreed processing terms; our infrastructure ownership does not give us ownership of that personal data. You authorise us to use your supplied materials only as needed to provide the agreed services.

Once paid, you own the final original videos, scripts and other standalone creative assets identified as client deliverables in your order, to the extent their rights can be assigned. This does not include the funnel or technical setup described above. We retain our pre-existing tools, reusable templates, methods and working files, and grant you an ongoing licence to any of our retained elements embedded in those paid creative deliverables as needed to use the finished work. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences.

Both parties protect confidential information and limit access to people who need it. Identifiable testimonials, results and client material require permission before we use them in our own marketing.

10. Data, termination and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Where we process your leads on instructions, agree the relevant processing terms before that processing starts. Contract wording does not itself provide homeowner marketing consent or authorise recording.

Either party may give written notice of a material breach and allow ten business days to remedy it where a remedy is possible. Proportionate immediate suspension may be necessary for security, unlawful activity or unauthorised expenditure. Explain the reason promptly. A good-faith payment dispute is not automatically deliberate non-payment.

On termination, we provide agreed paid deliverables, arrange agreed exports and remove access or return/delete personal data under the applicable processing terms. Prepaid undelivered work and committed costs are addressed according to the agreement and applicable law. A valid guarantee is not overridden by a general no-refund provision.

The hosted-funnel licence ends when the agreed service term ends or the agreement is terminated, unless continued hosting is agreed in writing. We confirm the scheduled deactivation date and arrange the agreed handover of your lead/customer records and paid creative deliverables. This does not include transfer of our funnel source code, technical setup, hosting accounts or proprietary infrastructure. Data-return obligations and access to evidence reasonably needed for a timely guarantee claim continue to apply; ending hosting does not cancel a valid guarantee claim.

Any separately agreed liability limit must expressly accommodate the covered service-fee refund and capped advertising reimbursement. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes lawful payment-dispute rights. Raise a concern at thomas@weareampl.com so the parties can first try to resolve it directly, without delaying urgent relief or legal deadlines. The signed agreement may specify governing law and dispute arrangements, subject to applicable mandatory law.
